Reference Sheets
The Price of a Reference Sheet starts at 80 USD. This is because this will be customized fully to your liking. The basic 80USD package includes:
<sup>Front and back pose of character, (optional) clothed pose of character, Eye Reference, Unique Colour Palette (shaped by character's personality), (optional) Box of information

If you'd like an aspect removed, or would like more additions such as hand reference, items the character carries, etc, please reach out for a quote first, I will work with you to give you the best price I can!</sup>

By commissioning Marki (hereby referred to as "the artist") you (referred to as "the client") state that you have read, understood, and agree to this TOS.

TLDR;
Sometimes things come up and I need to pause work, I will not draw sexual or suggestive depictions of minors, animals, non-human genitals, and I also will not draw mechas, robots or insensitive depictions of human races.

Payment is accepted prior to the commission starting, you are allowed changes during the sketch and lineart phases. I will send you every phase of art and wait for approval before continuing.
NO AI Usage of my art at all, no putting it into AI, adjusting it with AI, nothing.
No NFT's too. See above.
Credit me when posting my commission work online by linking to my social media of your choice. (Carrd, or whatever website you're posting on)
END OF TLDR

Completion time may be affected for reasons including but not limited to:
Health concerns (such as illness or injuries to the artist or their pets and family), unplanned life events (such as unplanned power or internet outages, dangerous weather conditions such as floods, tablet no longer working).
The client will be notified immediately if any of these conditions occur!

Contacting The Artist:
✮ The client may feel free to contact the artist with any questions or concerns they may have.

What The Artist won't draw:
✮ Sexual or Suggestive depictions of minors, characters that look like minors, or characters that can be mistaken as minors.
✮ Sexual or Suggestive depictions of Animals, Ponies, Feral Dragons, or fantasy creatures that are by design, an animal.
(The Artist reserves the right to deny a drawing should they deem a creature to be too close to animal in design.)
✮ Sexual or Suggestive depictions of non-human genitals. (Fantasy genitals may be exempt, as long as they are humanoid in nature.)
✮ Fetishes relating to Child Imagery, i.e: Diapers, age-regression, DDLG, childrens toys, bibs, anything relating to babies. (The Artist reserves the right to deny a drawing should it be suspected a drawing of a minor may be for fetish purposes.)
✮ Mechas, or Complex Robots
✮ Insensitive depictions of races or cultures.

Commission:
✮ The artist reserves the right to deny the commission without reason.

✮ Commissions with deadlines have priority. However, all deadlines must be stated up front, minimum 2 weeks in advance. For Christmas deadlines, please allow 4 weeks in advance.

✮ The client is paying the artist for the skill and time spent making the commissioned artworks, not for the commercial copyright of the completed work(s).

✮ Pricing in examples is a base price and may incur additional cost due to character design, number of characters, number of limbs, pose, scene complexity, time frame, and alternate image versions. All increases in price will be stated up front in the quote from the artist.

✮ The client must have a clear visual reference(s) at hand. At least one of the reference images MUST be flat coloured. If a flat colour reference is not able to be provided, please have the RGB codes for the correct shades.

✮ Concept sketch will be sent for confirmation before any lining/coloring begins. If changes to pose, anatomy, etc. is desired, the client must request so during this stage.

✮ All commissioned images will be signed and/or watermarked, along with a non signed/watermarked version provided for personal client use.

✮ The client may request that the commission remains private and is not uploaded to social media by the artist.

✮ Commission work may be used by the artist as examples or showcase pieces, in price sheets, etc. Please state up front if this is not acceptable.

Payment
✮ ^{Payment is upfront at the beginning of the commission.
✮ Payment for clients will be via Paypal only.}
✮ ^{The artist will send the client an invoice once a final quote is agreed upon.}
✮ ^{Payment must be received in order to start the commission.}

✮ Prices are non-negotiable.

Artist Rights and Responsibilities

✮ ^{The artist reserves the right to decline or cancel a commission with or without reason.Client Rights and Responsibilities}
✮ ^{Client reserves no rights to cancelled/refunded artwork.}
✮ ^{The client may post the Watermarked version ONLY of the commissioned artwork to any site, with proper credit/attribution. (@Grrawesomeness on most social media. All contacts can be found in the contact section of this site)
✮ The client will tag or link to the artist in the description.}
✮ ^{The client may resize, crop, or edit the artwork for personal, non-commercial use ONLY, and with proper credit.}
✮ ^{The client may not profit from the artwork in any way, unless previously agreed upon in writing.}
✮ ^{The client must provide all necessary information for the commission to the Artist, either up front or via further discussion.}
✮ ^{The client must be sure to save their completed commission. The artist will not be responsible for any lost commissions.}

The use of Marki's artwork

^{✮ Any and all commissions made by The Artist (at any stage of completion) may not be put onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain-associated technologies, all past, present and future NFT marketplaces, made into NFTs or Cryptocurrencies under any and all circumstances at any time. This includes past, present and future derivatives, versions, evolutions of these prior mentioned technologies, selling platforms or trading/investing spaces; this includes public or private websites and/or mobile applications. The commercial use of personal, individual use labeled commissioned artwork in any shape or form without the strict written permission by The Artist is prohibited. This includes actions performed by means such as a bot or human decision. If it is discovered that a client uses any past, present or future commissioned artwork created by Marki as an NFT or Crytpocurrency in any form whatsoever at any time, the client shall be:-Banned from using Marki's services-Pay Marki the entire amount earned from NFT and Cryptocurrency sales (using a regulated, government recognized currency; preferable in USD via PayPal)-Have their commission removed from Marki's public art hosting services.}
